About Us!

Hi, I'm Bjorn, and my three-year-old Border Collie, Guapa, is my partner in crime (and running!). We're like two peas in a pod, or maybe two berries on a particularly energetic branch. I've been pounding the pavement since I was nine – that's a lot of kilometers, and Guapa's been keeping pace (or trying to, anyway!) for the last few years. We rack up over 2500 km a year together – that's a whole lotta zoomies! This site is my little corner of the internet where I share all the juicy details of our running adventures, from the best trails to the tastiest post-run treats (for both of us, of course!). So, if you're looking for some sweet advice on running with your furry friend, you've come to the right place. Just try not to blame me if your dog develops a sudden craving for blueberries. 😉
